dedicated project management

Excellent communication with our customers is one of our founding principles!

As the homeowner, the easiest way to have great communication is to have one primary point of contact with us. That’s why we assign you a dedicated Project Manager. You’ll have their cell number, their direct email, and an open line of communication when you need it for the length of your project.

That way whether you have a demo crew on-site, plumbers, tile installers, or even roofers, you can reach out to your project manager should you need anything! Of course, you can (and should feel welcome to) ask questions of the lead crew-member at your home, but you can rest assured that your Project Manager is overseeing everything even when they aren’t there.

our remodeling process

At GRS Pros, we manage every aspect of your remodeling project from start to finish.

We’ll take time to discuss products and styles to help you build out your vision.
Once we define the scope of the project we’ll draw up an agreement.
If the work requires any permits or city approval, we take care of that too.
After approval, we’ll chat again about the timeline and define expectations before we kick off the project.
While the project is underway, we’ll connect with you on any updates, questions, and just to keep you informed.
A “punch list” are those final to-dos that push a project over the finish line. They take time and often require a little input from you so we know it’s perfect.
Once that list is complete, we’ll do a final walk-through to make sure the work is up to our standards, and yours.
Finally, if a Certificate of Completion is needed for the city, we’ll provide that at project close.
